Wine made from specially selected batches hand-harvested grape variety “Cabernet Sauvignon”. The vineyard is located in Staro Selo Village, Sliven Province, Thracian Valley Region. The vineyard is cultivated organically.

The wine is characterized by soft pink-red color. The fragrance is fine with nuances of cherries, sour cherries and blueberries. The taste is fresh, velvety, rich and soft. The flavor leaves a lasting memory of red berries.
